In addition, I partner with developers of single-family communities and high-rise projects as a preferred lending resource — helping bring clarity and certainty to the financing side of the transaction to support efficient sell-outs. I also collaborate closely with Realtors, CPAs, and financial advisors who understand that conventional underwriting doesn't always tell the full story. My role is to bridge that gap — delivering structure, insight, and tailored lending solutions to clients and projects that require a more sophisticated approach.
My work spans a broad range of lending strategies — physician loans, conventional and jumbo financing, FHA, DSCR investment loans, bank statement programs, equity-based refinances, and specialized solutions like reverse mortgages. Most lenders default to whatever is easiest to close. I approach it differently.
After 20 years working across builder finance and private-wealth lending, my focus is on structuring the loan around the client — how they earn, how they invest, and how they actually live. Because the right financing isn't just about approval. It's about designing a payment and structure that fits long after the deal is closed.
